We are always happy to refund or exchange a product provided it's in fully resalable condition. Please ensure you return your purchase within 14 days and in its original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the price of the item or exchange the product to the original card that payment was taken from.
The cost of original delivery will not be refunded.
We are unable to exchange or refund any items that have been lost in the post so please send it back to us using a ‘signed for’ service at your post office.
Refunds of international customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU. Shazia Saleem Limited is not liable for any additional charges from your bank or Credit Card Company.
